Room was clean, kitchen's staff really nice. Good buffet style breakfast. Overall a good place to be in.

Some local guests or members of an excursion group, used to make noise in my window's room near the swimming pool every morning, starting around 6:30 a.m., disturbing my tranquilly.

The location was good, most of the staff went out there way to make my stay memorable for I was sick after the second day.

The fact there were no fridges in the room's. Had to go down stairs to get a drink. The food could be improved on as well.

Would need some renovation almost everywhere and what is said to be included isn’t. You have to use the key to your room to open electricity including ac so your room is always hot.

Very Good

Could connect my Netflix account to the tv , and staff helped me, I needed just a chill place for half a day before a flight so it worked well. Linen seemed fresh.

Pleasant

Location is very nice.

The hotel looks very good from outside but rooms are not that good additionally bathroom needs major repair. Further they charge extra 3% if you pay from your credit card which was no where written & no other hotel in bali charged extra during my 10 days visit

The photo given are tricky, they show that its new and clean , although the furniture is old rooms are small , towels are dirty , bathroom is sticky ,we asked for a room with ththe pool veiw . At first they give us a room with totally no windows and really small , we asked to change the room and to have a room with a balcony, the balcony was really small , we paid for 5 days earlier, but then we wanted to check out we found better hotels near the beach and way cheaperI thought its expensive because its better but they refuse to fund , Although the payment was cash , we suffered

It was a good relaxing stay with amazing break.

The buffet breakfast is absolutely smashing.

The room has many carpentry isusse. Like the door of the bathroom is not fixed properly and other minor issues.

Good, nice rooms!

Very clean and fresh nice rooms. 10min walk to the Main Street with all restaurants and shops. Also not far away from Kutas famous Sky garden.

Payment system didn’t really work properly. The card machine was broken on check in so only 2/3 people could pay. On check out we needed to pay for that 1 persons 2 nights cause the machine had been broken when we checked in. The guy tried to charge my friend more than she was supposed to pay for. Even when I showed him my confirmation email with how much we paid for each night he would disagree and say that it was ridiculous and too cheap, laughing us in the face. We knew very well what we had paid for and what we hadn’t paid for so we got really upset when the wanted us to pay more. Now afterwards we came to the conclusion that their payment system was not updated, cause he wanted my friend to pay for the first two nights (which we knew) and then 150k x 3 which was the price for each person when we extended one more night the night before check out, who all of us had paid for. Over all just annoying when we were being honest customers!

All in all it was a pleasant stay

The staff at the restaurant was exceptionally lovely and very very helpful.

Was disappointed that even though they confirmed a pick up from airport it was not there on my arrival.

Cockroaches and Mold

The beds were comfortable, breakfast - abundant, and the childrens' room was quite nice after upgrading. Also it was not too far on foot to the town centre (10 -15 min to the beach or Waterbom aquapark)

The first rooms we were placed in had cockroaches. At first administrator offered to spray out an insect killer in our rooms. When we did not agree to this plan as we did not want to join the insects in their unlucky fate, we were offered an upgrade - a little larger rooms with pool view. One of the rooms was fine, but the other - moldy and had a very bad stench in it. After sleeping in a room that stinks like catacombs for three nights I just can't write a good review. Sorry. Finally, the property has once been quite posh, but now worn out and sad-looking.

Towel n rug was not provided. Called again ro service and they informed towels ran out of stock. Will be able to provide later at 11pm only???? 4. Breakfast was very poor, limited choices. No value for money. ???? 5. Cracked wall.???? 6. Dirty bathrooms???? 7. Toot brush was also not provided. ???? 8. We saw rat running towards the kitchen. ???? 9. There was no blanket, only comforter provided. ????

Extremely disappointing stay for me at the Alron.

It was clean, the staff were nice.

When i got there they didn't have my booking on their system :(, it was lucky i was carrying the booking.com confirmation. The smart room was extremely small with no room to move and not like the pictures advertised:( they put me right opposite the elevator and my bed was right next to the corridor window as well,very noisy:( the breakfast menu didn't have a great deal of choice, they had no western food on the buffet, one side of the toaster was broken and didn't work. the walk to the beach was risky, it was at least 15-20 min walk and on the wrong side of a very busy road to cross. the pool looked nice but not big. I truly didn't enjoy my stay at the Alron and in future will find much better accommodation.

Breakfast is time is not good, they inform me time is 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM but i am in reached in Hotel restaurant 9:30 AM but they tell me Breakfast is time finished.

Without Breakfast everything is good.

Good value and good staff

The room was spacious and nicely designed. Simple, but neat and clean with everything you'd need. The staff were also very friendly, genuine and helpful with information and helping with organising our travel.
